Scott Decker is a Quality Improvement Specialist with AboutHealth, which is comprised of six Wisconsin healthcare systems committed through collaboration and sharing to lead transformational change in healthcare in our state. Previous to that he served as Vice President of Quality for ThedaCare, a Northwestern Wisconsin based integrated health delivery system. Scott has a career history of clinical and service improvement and redesign in both rural and suburban settings.
He has had the privilege of serving as a consultant and national speaker to many healthcare organizations around the country and has served as faculty for the Institute for Healthcare Improvement in Boston, Massachusetts.
He received his Bachelor of Nursing Degree from Oral Roberts University in Tulsa, Oklahoma and his Masters Degree in Public Administration from the University of Wisconsin – Oshkosh.
